Nissan Navara NP300 2019 surging/hunting problem

I have a Nissan Navara NP300 2019 and it seems to have a surging/hunting problem when you get up to 70mph the rev counter is slightly moving up and down and the engine is surging. It also lacks power on acceleration unless you put foot to floor.

Dose anyone have any ideas what the issue could be please?

If your idle is nice and stable, I wonder if it's either a small boost leak or a hot pipe that's swelling.

Have a look around the hot pipe, intercooler and intake manifold for black oily emissions, which signal a boost leak.
