Oil leak

It may just be a main seal, but may also be coming from the turbocharger or even from the PCV, both of these are above that area. Close inspection of these (mirrors will be needed) will answer that question. If it's the PCV, maybe it's just a split hose but could be a broken outlet on the motor - not so easy to fix, replacing it is a better option but I'm fairly sure it's a little difficult that one is to get to since there's not a lot of room at the back of the engine.
If it's the turbocharger (it's fed oil by the engine) it may only need a gasket kit to sort it out but some examination of the system is warranted. Wipe a (very clean) finger on the inside of any hose between the turbocharger and the intake manifold (closer to the turbo is better). Look at your finger under a bright light - if you see metallic flecks, the turbocharger needs serious attention.
