350 Chev, T350 & 9". Not sure if it's still a Volvo?

Been finished for quite a few years so not actually a project anymore.

sent my HX off to get painted yesterday. looked like this when it left should be Voodoo blue (from a ve commodore) in about 6 weeks when i get it back

I went the new route with a project car. Got one of the new Ford F6's after owning an XR6 turbo ute with some mild mods. I went to town on the F6.

Tough bottom end - forged pistons, h beam rods, exotic connectors, much bigger turbo, all nizpro piping, manifolds, intercooler, 4 inch exhaust with 1 straight through muffler with a screamer pipe straight from the external wastegate - you should have heard it blow through 25psi of boost at 6500 rpm!

We could never strap it down very well on a dyno but the best figures we got were 534kw's at the wheels! Well over 1100Nm of torque......

It came on boost hard at about 3500rpm and could turn the tyres in 4th gear.......

Completely unusable but made me smile!

13b turbo extended port. Goes pretty good. Gave it a b'day last year with new paint. Got lots of suspension goodies for it ready to go in as soon as im settled in at my new place.

sold my old xr250 (trail bike, and resto project - wish i still had the before and afters but the laptop died)
when im off the apprenticeship the current plan is to find an rz350 or rd350, rebuild the engine, bored out to 400cc and swap all the suspension across from an fzr250.

failing that restore an early 90s bike like an fzr or first gen cbr, maybe a vf1000r if i can find one.

I have no room or money for a project other than the Nav at the moment but I have always wanted to buy and do up an old Moke. I got to drive one in Port Douglas and loved it even though the one I got was super clapped out with next to no brakes. LOL

A new project has pushed its way in to my garage again. This is my 3rd Subaru after selling my last two WRXs. One of them ran 13 flat down the quarter and the other ran 11.8's. I'd like to get this sitting comfortably in the 12's. It's the bigger 2.5 litre, turbo inter cooled, only done 60 thou, factory HID lighting too! I can see this car taking up a fair bit of my time. It goes like a shower of shit
