qld to tassie

My wife and l are about to take 4 months off work at end june 2013 and head down east coast for about 1 month until we go to Tassie . There we will stay for around 2 months checking it out and then spend around 1 month returning back to qld.
Just booked ticket to get to tassie with 6.0m poptop in tow.
Departure time coming quickly but have been working 30 years to get a holiday like this so BRING IT ON.
Will keep in touch on trip.

and its the car is diesel make sure you get alpine diesel

got plenty snow gear so should be fine. going through snowy mountains on way down so probably change to alpine diesel there unless needed at barrington tops.

Was -5c in a few places here the other morning -- shaping up as a cold winter. So some training in the snowys will serve you well

nice one sounds like the trip of a lifetime, been to tassie before?? distance is not a big thing there as you can drive from one side to another in a day!
