Question re selling ZD39 Navara

I'm looking at putting my 05 Nav on the market it has had the egr/ swirl mod the Forefront catch can, the Forefront intercooler fitted. My question is to get a roadworthy or to sell does all this have to be removed and the car returned to normal. Its done 153000 never been off road so also have to try and figure out a price.

No one says you have to remove anything, could be an attractive option for a prospective buyer.
