Rear Vision Mirror Fault

Hello I am a new member with a 2010 ST and its great but a Xmas time i went to adjust my rear view mirror and it collapsed i request a replacement under warranty and have been refused so i want to know if anyone else has heard of this problem. Thanks in anticipation.

Nicely Tell Them That They're Going To Fix It
Go in on a busy Saturday and interupt the manager when his trying to make a sale, explain what sort of safety concerns you have as this car transports kids? Haha
I dunno but there nothing wrong with making a few small tales to explain why it needs to be fixed..
Face to face seems to work a little quicker when they cant hide behind a phone
