Smoking under full boost

I have noticed that if I give my 09 d40 a bit of a boosting and look in review mirror especially at night with headlights behind me I see a bit of smoke . No smoke at idle or driving normally , just when I give it some. I have noticed other new turbo diesels do it occasionally but think mine may do it a bit more . Some people say it shouldn't blow ANY smoke and other say it is a turbo deisel and that's what they do. Am I being paranoid or do you guys notice the same thing???

Hey mate, well your lucky because if your behind me when I take off you will become a smoker not by choice lol

So is it normal for a stock one to blow a bit under boost? Or is yours boosting a bit harder ?

Yours is a bit tougher than mine , just read your mods, hahaha

It's normal for a vehicle not fitted with a DPF.
