i have an EvaKool set of panels with regulator. i have bypassed there standard 10amp reg and im using the Ctek D250S Dual regulator. I used it this weekend camping and the solar panel was charging my battery at 5 amps. thats more then what my fridge uses. I have an Evakool fridge which draws around 2.5 amps p/h

Engine bay one would be used for running on day trips when dont feel like brining along a third battery in the tray and just for general redundancy purposes.
