Sportsbar removal

Following along the lines of the hard lid hinge thread, I have bought a s/h hard lid and need to work out how to fit it. Can anyone tell me or show me pics of how you remove and install the sportsbar on a 03 D22?.

My tub liner is a "Bodyguard" brand and has cutouts around the bars (which literally follow the contour of the bar), the rest of it fits up over the sides of the tub. This makes me wonder how successfully I can mount the side pieces of the hard lid underneath the bars and still keep the tub liner without cutting around that area.

Anyone done this before?

Pretty sure you'll have to cut it in at least a few places, possibly all around... you'll have to figure that out when installing.

I removes all the pop rivets on mine. Then the 4 hooks. Did it after leaving the ute in sun. Tub bends easier. Then reach under bar with 10mm socket and undo. Dirt is hardest. Then gets easier
