Stiff suspension

Hey guys I got a 2 inch lift with calmini uca in and I've had the suspension done about 8 months ago and it's still a real stiff bumpy ride. Would it be my shocks or leafs in the rear making the ride pretty uncomfortable.

And also is a engineering plate or whatever it is called needed in Vic for body lift

Probably the leafs although most lift kits have heavy duty torsion bars which doesn't help. If your trays always empty go to Bunnings and buy 8 25 litre bags of top soil for $4 each and throw them in the back, a bit of weight helps.
