I'm assuming the 140kW motor has a vac pump since it has a brake booster (and they're usually vacuum operated). I just haven't looked to find where it is, but if you were putting a 140kW motor into a car that had a 126kW engine (with a 126kW engine ECU) then it should be a matter of T-piecing into the vac line and running that over to the solenoid and then up to the turbo that's lifted off the 126kW engine (or using the actuator from the 126kW turbo on the 140kW turbo).
