would putting this 2 stroke oil in a nav with a chip be safe?

The oil should make no difference to the chip. It might create a little extra temperature since it does slightly improve the combustion quality of the diesel fuel, but there's not been enough testing with it to say for sure.

If you're going to try it, don't use the higher tune levels, or watch the EGTs.
