Had my 2.5 td man nav for 3 years & typically thought it was time to mix it up a bit so have added:

A scanguage - brilliant piece of gear, great for playing fuel economy games

A catchcan - small one from chipit, needs cleaning every 10000 km but does the job & easy to mount inline.

A EGR blank - Also from chipit installed drivers side for ease of install. No smoke/haze & after 10000km definate improve in fuel eco, can only think engine is now cleaner.

ARB sidesteps - Easy to self fit & do the job well.

A 7" screen head unit - with Ipod control, who would carry CDs anymore? Installer reckoned he'd never seen 9x6 speakers in front doors before. Who knew? Also displays reversing camera.

A LED reversing light/work light - Helps with camera & being LED runs off reversing lights with no need for relay as small current draw

A long range fuel tank - Long range automotive replacement tank 150l. Forget that it uses fuel as it takes so long to empty.

Narva combo 175 blue lights - with factory loom were so easy to instal & do the biz

Macquarie 4x4 bash plates - Lighter than brown davis & easier to work around, tough enough for touring.

Mods to ARB Sahara bar - Have early sahara bar & wasn't going to pay $400 for IPF fogs so I bought ARB fogs & fitted them instead. ARB said it couldn't be done but it can. Surround is hard rubber & takes a good wood screw no probs. Using washers & nuts as adjusting shims lights in and adjusted. Used factory stalk change to power. Also removed the alloy hoop & rubber overiders from bar as it looked too much like a nudge bar. Installed alloy allen screws in holes. Looks neat IMHO.

Already had ARB canopy, Rhino lining, factory snorkel, outside temp display, tailgate lock, DP chip, spare rims with 265/75 16 MTZs & 2" lift with bilsteins.

Got 100000 on now & think it's a keeper.

Nice set up steel, got any pics?

What sort of head unit did you end up with?

Will get a pic or two. Got the pioneer head unit with alpine splits & rears. Tricky with the 6x9s but it works.

Have posted some pics in members gallery taken recently at Chichester State Forest. Included a couple with a "ute tent" fitted. Good weekend that one.

Last but not least 3" turbo back with high flow cat. From Windsor Exhaust Centre in Richmond NSW. Highly recommended.
