Turbo Capable and/or worth it?

Hi quick question, has anyone fitted a GT1752S/701196-0001 14411-VB300 turbo onto a ZD30DDT from a RD28Ti? Exhaust flange looks like it would fit straight on. Might lag a tad more but just curious'

Would there be any benefit to doing this swap, just as a case of curiosity?
