Hey guys was just looking on ebay for a turbo for my zd30 navara ans found one but it was for a patrol i knw there the same engine but in the pics they look different to the old one of my nav that i got sitting beside me. Are they the same or different

What brand is the patrol one?, the ZD30 stock turbo is Hitachi

Does not say. Its only got 3 holes for the dump pipe

I think the Patrol turbo is variable vain turbo and wouldnt work in the Navara

patrol is garret and its variable. you would have to make a control system for it and change the dump pipe. also knowing the problems they have with variable you might want to stick to normal turbo.

Oh yep thanks guys. Yeah just spoke to my diesle fitter mate and yeah its a varable vain turbo
