Upgrading YD25 Intercooler

16mm ? Thanx for that I been reading for 30 minutes and an getting one posted ASAP and wasn't sure.

Yeah fitting are 16mm are the engine fittings but my forefront catch can fittings were 19mm, I used 19mm oil resistant hose and just clamped it on tight to engine sides, no leaks or dramas as yet

Thanx fellas, I'm on nightshift FIFO and brain don't work HAHA and supplier called asking, so I didn't have a problem and it's there when I get home.

My 2010 d22 yd25 had 19mm fittings on the motor and intake lines.....

it will depend on the catch can also. u might need a couple of reducers. is it for a d22 or d40. i just assumed a d22

If you use a forefront industries small catch can you won't need reducers. This is what I used and was 19mm hose

Yeh it's the YD25 '09 so 19mm hey. I've got a HPD catch can coming. They look cool, got a little dip stick to check level and all billet. Should do the job. They make some nice gear
