Winch fitment>>can other brands be fitted

Hi All,

Im looking at getting a winch for my 2008 D22 and a sticker on the bullbar to the vehicle that was there when brought, states that only a Warn XD9000 winch can be fitted to it.
My questions is I was going to fit a different brand as Warn are so expensive, can this still be done??????

In a word YES--they all share a common bolt up pattern

as to why Nissan say this is beyond me

I recon Nissan and warn have got there heads together and made a partnership of some kind. My bull states the same. I think it says to fit a warn 9000. I have a tigerz winch on mine

Yeah I thought as much. Felt a bit silly posting question. Yeah i intend to fit a tigerz11 to mine.

yeah it bolted right on but DONT GET ONE!!!!, mine shit itself on its 3rd run, got a tjm ox 8500lb now and it shits all over the tigerz crap
