Have got a D40 2012 with 17x7 rims but was wondering if GU patrol rims with 33 tired would fit also what offset do I need to make this work?

unfortunately not mate. D40's have 6x114.3 stud pattern and Patrols at 6x139.7 which is much more popular, limited options with D40's for wheels - someone correct me if I'm wrong or have those backwards

Ye I'm starting to get that haha what is my best option then to get some good tired and rims. Atm all stock

there are a few afterwarket wheel options, personally, i like the 17" stock wheels so i'm going to continue running them and am looking at Cooper AT/3 tyres in either 265/70R17 (31.6") or 275/70R17 (32.1")
