just thought i would say Hi all as i just found and joined the forums

i have a Navara 1987 hardbody/styleside std cab carb and am based on the south side of Brisbane QLD AU

i havent had the best of luck with but i hope with a little help from these forums i can get it all going trouble free

i bought it for $1,200 and got it on the road for total of $2.200 (+ rego ) including 4 new tires

but to cut a long story short (look ad My Garage for a bit more info) the motor is now unusable and i am thinking of a motor swap but i'll start a new thread in the engine area about that and pick your brains about that

hey, welcome to the forum. what kind of motor are you going to swap into it. diesel or petrol

looking at a TD27T4, TD27Ti or TD27ETi if i can but finding a good Terrano, Terrano II or pathfinder cheep is a hard thing to do here in Brizzy and the $ is a problem as i am on limited fixed income (disability)
