Have done 115k. Had recent service and had transmission oil changed. Did have CEL light cleared with EGR Cooling fault which was an apparent air lock in the radiator coolant system. System flushed and light has not come back on.

Yep i got caught out when my mechanic changed mine. I ended up with an air lock in the fuel line and it would not start. After a bit of research i then found the fuel bleed valve under the engine cover. Removed the cover pulled of end cap and used hand pump to re prime fuel line then all ok.

All sorted out gents. Found air bleed valve under engine cover. My mechanic used a pneumatic vacuum pump to pull through diesel fuel. I used the hand one which is located behind the passenger seat but there was a major air lock in the lines. All sorted now.!!!

G,day All. Just gave my Nav a service. Replaced the fuel filter and now engine will not start. Have primed all the fuel lines before attempting to start but no good. Used a little bit of Aero start and it will kick the engine but will not continue to run. Replaced original fuel filter back on...

Compressed air is the best method but beware that it will blow the gunk back in behind the dash. Not too much pressure either.

I put a 2" lift kit supplied by Zordo. Best thing I ever done.

When are Nissan going to pull their fundamental digit out of their orifice and recall this issue. Would be interesting to see how many accidents have happened due to it. I nearly got cleaned up twice in my old 2.5 stx.
