Mine was doing the exact same thing a while ago,turned out to be a spring in the drum brakes.not the quickest thing to check but its a good chance it's the drum brakes. Thing with mine was I jacked it up and spun it by hand and couldn't hear it so it only "activated" at a certain speed

I reckon that'd be the way to go,will give it a whirl next payday I think

So has anyone put one on a ZD30 and if so did you put another pump in to assist?

Was a similar thing with my mates Sylvia,he got 8k from insurance then sold all his mods and others parts for 10k for memory

Yea I think I will,it will help the fuel filter a bit I guess but mainly I just want to minimise chances of water getting through as much as possible. Cheers mate

Yea just cars cover all my "legal" mods. I'd only buy mine back if I crashed it to get all my mods back of it then scrap it. That is if I don't have time to get it all off before the tow truck gets there

So there's not much point on the ZD30 as its already got a water trap in the stock system?

I'm just worried about water getting through,already replaced one engine not keen on another haha. I know the stock one has a water separator in it but I wonder how good they are... So haveing this FUEL MANAGER before the main I thought would add extra opportunity to get any water out

So can these be used on the ZD30, and if so because it isn't CR does that mean I could go with the finest filter they make?

Don't most insurers or all offer you the wreck back for a few hundred?? thats what happened with a mates Sylvia,lucky because he got more selling his mods then insurance gave him.

count yourself lucky you havent blown anything major yet.i replaced clutch, turbo and engine in first yr haha, that was just shy of 10k on repairs. Plus ive done almost all of the mods i can think off haha. keeping that in mind id think strongly weather its going to be a long term car for you...
