I have the exact same problem with my spanish d40 and the proracks too... Not happy about it but couldnt find a solution without having to put the rails in the roof.

I had the same problem! Swapped the number where the station was stored (went from 5 to 6 and retuned 5) and it seemed to fix it... Give that a try?

I've got the Yamaha EF200is and love it. Never misses a beat. Quiet and good run times. Powered fridges, lights, laptops and lots of electronics and never had an issue. Flood lights are a great indicator and can draw lots of power. As Old Tony said, external tank may limit the models you can...

There is a metal clip on each end of the strut on mine. You need to slide a small flat blade screw driver under it (there should be a channel in the plastic) and pop the clip out and the strut pops off the mount. Make sure you are supporting the tonneau cover when you do it :)

I got the Rhino barrier... Does OK for the shopping and stops the tubs sliding around. Easy to get in and out but not strong enough to stop anything heavy unless you brace it in the utili-tracks
