They do usually push a fair bit of air out of the oil cap but im not sure how bad urs is Heaps of air out the cap plus blowing dipstick out plus blowing oil through your engine breather into the turbo then yeh hole in piston Are u running a chip? What boost r u running? What egts?

The engine one looks to be sump gasket but hard to see in that pic Second i cant see any oil could you point to it on the pic

I dont think its the turbo .... The oil in the front is from the crappy breather system Was the turbine housing oily at all? Where the turbo exhaust outlet is or where the exhaust inlet is into the rear housing? Sounds to me more like a cracked piston or possibly a bad injector White blue...

I think bunnings garden hose section had plastic ones from memory

I have vids of it on dyno what did you want to hear it see? Cant hear much but fan and rollers Hi lawry unfortunately the small upgrade in compressor wheel is all thats possible.... I asked for bigger but the engineer said it wasnt possible .... Ill keep working on it to try and have a turbo...

the yd25 felt like a non turbo....the boost delivery was progressive and smooth i didnt feel it kick in at all....where as the zd30 (now) will have nothing then kick you in the back really hard all the way through.. it may have been an illusion of more power like driving a powerful v8 compared...

Workin on them.... Drove one today.... Interesting power delivery very different to zd30
