Yes it's pretty tight, pry bar and good size hammer with your ear muffs on. We used a jack to push it back in to give you an idea, friction fit. Cheers

Yes they do sell them separate. I just bought and fitted an ARB one for a D40. They come with fitting kit-nuts and bolts plus narva numberplate light powder coated black for $94.00 quite reasonable I thought.

I have put a second hand one on recently to a 2011 stx D40 vsk vin with no issues. Holes didn't look like they had been altered so should be good.
