old d40 06 had a turbo flutter you can hear, now with the 06 hilux turbo diesel there is no turbo flutter at all what causes this flutter noise both have snorkels and 3 inch exhausts

i have a 06 d40 , i was going to replace the fuel filter which has a mann wk 940/22 fuel filter who stocks these filters and how much are they, repco quoted me 70 for a ryco filter what other choices are there and which would be the best value

i blew a heater hose, its on the back of the motor on the drivers side its about 30cm long with a a hard bend in it what is this from and what does it go too thanks
