Oh! That is widened my front mud flaps about 50 mm, attached to existing mudflaps with a couple of zinc coated tank bolts and some scrap checker plate Aluminium. Works a treat. Keeps the mud off also.

I am thinking of getting one from Autostrada in Brisbane can be self install kit $575 or they will install (they have authorised installers in various locations I believe). I would like to know if anyone has any experience with their controllers?

Why stop at Geraldton continue up to Shark Bay or you could go all the way to Broome then Catherine and home again :) Depends on what you want to see.. theres a lot to see in the South West corner. I would think with the very low unemployment rate over there you would pick up work pretty quick.

I built one, cut out the top to take camp oven with side door... plate sits over top to boil water etc. when not using camp oven. Has removable chimney out the back. Works great! made it last year when I spent some time around Sapphire in Qld.

Normally I only drive manuals, but now I wouldn't mind converting my girl to auto. I don't do any serious 4WDriving these days.

hmm In my 2006 D22 my drivers key door locks all doors.. BUT not if you lock passenger door, the mechanism operates the remote solenoid on the drivers side.

I recall reading on the Boggard site that it is illegal to have the car engine running when not in attendence. Probably why they designed it that way. Gotta love these do gooder engineers :rofl2:
