Ahh yes i did find it thanks brad, although i didnt get much of a conclusion from it so i might buy the protector then do the string and masking tape test before and after i install it then post up photos of the results

Hi guys i am thinking of buying a bonnet protector for my 2.5l I just read in a post that it deflects alot of air from going into the bonnet scoop, has anyone found this to be the case? Since its sold by nissan im guessing it would be safe? Thanks

I had the exact same issue in my 09 str, 1,2 and 3 stopped workin but 4 still worked, im not too good with electronics though and got an auto elec to fix it
