Mines running 7" lift and 34s. I could run 35s too, but ive had to cut some out of my guards behind the front wheels, and infront so i can steer.

I did a 7" lift on my D40 and had a mechanic extend the front lines but i thought the rear were long enough, then when she flexed up it stretched the lines and actually busted the abs sensor in the rear left hub ($140 later). Ahh I slightly missread your post, i thought you said its a common problem at around 100 000kms meaning kms on the odomoter. Mine only does it on take off sometimes when its cold... never does it at speed... hmmm

Mate I have a 2010 D40 ST also and its at nissan as we speak with the same problem... What did they say to you exactly? Mine is in there under warranty but it has 99 000kms on it... Hoping they can fix it!

Yeah its pretty good. Fuel consumption is about the same as stock i recon, but its definatly gained power... After the tyres im guessing its going to go the same as stock, but hey I can't have it all haha

It rides great! Exactly like standard just higher :) Nah the nudge bar doesn't block the cooler at all, the intercooler is behind the grill. If anything its slightly blocking the flow to the bottom of the radiator and air con condenser, but I'm not worried, they have a pretty big fan...
