I'm about to do a service on my ZD30 and while at it was going to take the 3 bolt flange off the front of the turbo to access the fan and check for any movement. Can anyone tell me the torque setting for the 3 bolts when putting it back together. Thanks Terry

Just had a mechanic suggest that I turn the snorkle around to face back and see if the car runs better, worst or just the same. His comment was that with the Intercooler and snorkle putting in more air the fuel pump might need adjusting as if its lean it could burn out valves. The car seems OK...

Has anyone here fitted a Forefront turbo to a ZD30 and is regularly towing that can tell me if this turbo made a difference. I regularly tow a caravan and Im looking for a bit more grunt. I have fitted the intercooler and blocked the EGR so now looking at turbo replacement. Thanks Terry
