Welcome Darren, Not till you get a bullbar you will need to replace the bash plate as its a common problem for them to be pushed in your radiator. You should't be doing anything to hetic ahah

I could make one up my self just wondering if i would be able to screw it to the chassis. The thick part after the sway bar.

Haha, not that I'm aware off manning. I need something to protect the radiator now after destorying the factory one. Apparently arb don't make any that fit.

I'm finding it very hard to fine d40 thai built bash plates that suit an xrox bull bar as well. I just cracked my radiator and now I'm looking for under body protection as i don't want to go through that pain again. Any help would be awesome!

how are you going to stop the water coming in, Rain ect. Also would it matter if its 4inch intake to factory box down to a 2inch pipe to the turbo?

How are you doing the bends? I want replace my genuine one with one like that!
