Hey guys I'm looking at doing a cat delete anyone have an old turbo or exhaust flange they can trace/send to me so I can fabricate the cat delete pipe got a 2.5 in exhaust but want the cat gone. Or is that not necessary.

Hi just wondering if anyone here has rebuilt their zd30 turbo. Rotors and shaft are all good just a little excess play in by bearings thrust bearing. Just wonder how easy it is.

Ok I got a 2002 D22 complete rebuilt engine EGR mods done etc. But head cracked( person that rebuilt it didn't understand that complete means water pump too but oh well was done before I got it) my turbo seems to have a bit of excess play not noisy or under powered. While it's off I thought id...
