Looks good..... I would have thought though that 30 microns was a little too big for Common rail diesels. On my D4D I've got a Racor 2Micron filter as I to am scared at the potential costs of getting a batch of dirty fuel... The other thing I had to consider was the flow rate as they need to have a high flow rate to.
What does the factory filter, filter down to?
Thats a good idea to have a very fine filter put inline..however it should come after the 30um unit. What specs did they provide for this housing /filter ?
Sorry for the late reply, i take it you are talking about the "FUEL DOCTOR" additive.
I bought mine from westend diesel in Sydney which isnt much use to you.
The best i can do is give you the details on the bottle, Hopefully they will tell you where you can get it.

Good luck, let us know how you get on, it may help someone in your neck of the woods.
To install the unit inc the bracket, you will need to find the 6mm threaded holes on the inner guard on the passenger side of the car in between the ABS and the firewall.
Once you find the holes you can bolt on the bracket
Once thats done, select the position for where you want the fuel lines, you will see on the filter body there are four holes, you can choose any of these for the fuel lines, there is no set pattern as the kit comes with two fittings and two plugs. I chose the left and right front holes for the fuel and the back ones got the plugs.
I can't rmember the Racor model number, but it filters down to 2micron + the filtering paper used by Racor blocks 99% of water as well. It has a high flow rate that meets Manufacturer's specs. The OEM filter filters down to 2micron as well so I've been told. So, hopefully no dirty fuel should ever get through. I'm currently in the process putting a 2nd fuel filter in series in the new D22 ZD30 I just picked up as a added protection. It also has a built in water trap with a glass bowl to see any dirty fuel or water.
