16" or 17" steel wheel heavier?

Sorry about the poor title, but I was wondering what would be heavier? A 16x8 steel wheel with 265/75/16 or 17x8 265/7/17? Similar width and overall diameter, just the rim size is different. So basically would the steel or rubber be heavier for the difference (if that makes sense)?

The 17 would be more heavy, but only very slightly.
