2012 st dual batt setups

Hi all just wondering what everyones using for there dual battery setups i dont know much about the new alternators in these new rigs, Is the redarc one the only one that will work or are there other brands available that arn't as expensive, cheers

Hi there,

I have a 2012 st also, and the redarc that will work is the BCDC1220IGN. You cant use the basic dual battery isolator because the alt is controlled by the computer and will never charge the second battery. Call the guys at redarc they are really heplful!
