2014 D22 dual cab rear vibrations and noises

Hey all, put in my chipit chip kit with the boost ctrlr etc yesterday and all of a sudden i have this vibration coming from the rear. Checked centre bearing but seems okay? Any other ideas?
Scary to drive actually
