G'day All,
I'm building up my own battery box which has worked out to be pretty cheap so far. It currently has a digital read out in it and 3 cigarette style plugs. The next step is some bolts to charge the battery so i don't need to pull it apart.
The reason I went moveable battery box rather than dual setup is that i will use it in the camper trailer too...save forking out cash on another battery.
Eventually (in 5 or so years) I will be changing the back of the Nav to take a camper on a tray which will have a more permanent setup.
My question is, what size cable should I use between the battery poles and the bolts I am going to use for the charge points? (Smart Charger and Solar panel) I would prefer minimal voltage loss. I've found 3 B&S - 25mm2 ready made on eBay, keeping in mind it will only be 10-20cm long.
Thank you in advance
