Bullbar change over.

I recently changed from an alloy bullbar to a steel one. the only issue is that there is a bit of a gap left after i have put it on. can anyone recomend any way to fix it. alos. if i put a body lift willi have to lift the bullbar?

you can see the gap between the top of the bullbar and the bottom of the lights and bonnet
 
I'm pretty sure from when I installed my bar you can get the gap to about 12-14mm, but you really don't want to get it to close as the bar on d22's vibrates and moves quite a bit. Get it to close and it might start touching or a slight bump and the thing will take out a guard pretty easily.

After the bodylift you can redrill the holes in the mounting brackets to get it back up to height.

Cheers Tyler. It's not too bad at the moment so I might just leave it till I put in a body lift. How does the drilling and modifying of the bullbat affect insurgence though. Considering it's been modified??

I guess I'm all good then. It's only about 20 mil so what's the point in crying over 5ml. Cheers for the info guys.
