Can a D40 Nissan alloy bull bar fit a winch??

Hi All you tech sperts, This is Probly a silly question coz I think I know the answer but can you fit a winch to the standard nissan alloy bull bar or has any one done it that can provide info?

I'd like to get a winch but I guessing you can't fit it to the bar I already have.

Any advice you can give is appreciated.

You can put a steel framework in behind the alloy bar and that'll work.

you wont be able to bolt it up like you can with a steel bar obviously, but if you make up a cradle to bolt in between the chassis rails it might be possible. i have seen it done on a d22 with a standard nissan alloy bar.

if your alloy bar is in good condition, i would sell it and by a decent steel winch bar.
