Long story short! My bash plate ripped off and the lugs that hold it snapped and was leaking everywhere!

Had a mechanic look at it, it's been push up then into the ac..

So he said it's better off replacing the whole radiator so any ideas where I can get one from?

They say nothing is listed? I'm so depressed haha.. I pushed the fan shroud back into the ac. Tore the belt and bent the mounting brackets for the radiator.

There's a bunch of them available on eBay as well. Wasn't all that long ago I had the plastic tanks replaced on my radiator because they looked a little dodgy and very recently I had the transmission oil cooler in the radiator bypassed to a new external unit fitted in front of everything.

Next upgrade for me is a radiator with metal tanks and greater efficiency. In spite of the fluid couple working properly and the electric fan coming on as required, we're still getting temps of 108/109C when climbing hills with the van. Admittedly it's 2.5T and the ute itself hovers around the 3T mark on its own, so the 2.5L diesel has its work cut out for it - but I'd like something that cools more efficiently. Now that the auto trans cooler is out of the picture, I'm free to do that - perhaps that solution might help you?

Also can't find any with a metal tank. So it is possible just to replace the bottom tank? That's all that cracked.

All bent back and there's the god dam split!
