D21 clutch bolt torque

hi i have done a bit of a serch but fond nuffin was wondering if any body new what the torque is on the clutc bolts to fly wheel are , and also if there is an on line manual for the D21 mine is a 93,,

147-167Nm flywheel to crankshaft.

22-29Nm clutch cover to flywheel.

No online manual. Some parts of the D22 manual available online are applicable.

Thanks for that Dion ,now the fun bit of tryin ta get the motor back in
