I didn't realise it came with the chip to. Sounds very interesting.

I carry 140L of diesel, what size petrol tank would be required?

10 litres would do 90 - 100 ltres of diesel but because you can make the tank any size / shape you want to, u can make it 20 litres without an issue. And no govt regulations so u can do it yourself

What I find interesting is how much more gas conversions cost these days compared to the days before government rebates.

Its why we developed petrol injection. People can fit this without going to a licensed fitter like LPG mechanic.

People wanted to fit LPG but the price was way too much. Now we dont have this problem

The Chip it one is $2000, That sounds a little xxy for the parts you've described?

That's $2000 the top shelf parts PLUS diesel chipping.

Chipped vehicle and Petrol injection with all best parts for $2000 is cheap.

Consider you pay $1600 for another brand of chip without anything extra!!!!

BTW, price of the basic Chip It Module is increasing as of Monday 20th Sept 2010 to allow for some extra bits added to the kit.

For EGT controlled re-mapping the price is on $1299.00
