D40 YD25 Coolant temp sensor wiring

Hi there,

Wondering if anyone can help me out. I have just finished doing a head gasket job on my D40 Navara 2.5 Diesel. Runs well now, except I can't find where the wiring connector is for the coolant temp sensor that screws into the head at the front of the engine on the intake side (As such my temp gauge does not work, want to make sure temp is fine before i drive it) I also have 2 plugs left over which I hope someone can help me identify (pics attached.. hopefully they work)

Cant help with questions but was wondering how long it took to get the head gasket?

While the plug doesn't look like mine, does it match with the EGR valve?
