Dual battery for 2008 d22 with Nissan snorkel

hi all,

Just wondering if anyone has done a dual battery for a 2008 d22 2.5lt.
I just picked up a waeco fridge to stash in the tray and am looking at hooking up a pirahna dual battery setup. Im curious to see how it looks in the engine bay if anyone has a pic of it.

hey!
I know alot of people have used the yd25 attatchment for the snorkel and got rid of the pre filter, thus leaving room to put the second Batt where the pre filter used to be. Or put it in the tray near the fridge.

What sparra said. Do the 80 series airbox mod in it and put your battery tray inbetween the airbox and your ABS or hook a battery up in the tub. Plenty of members have done it.

Thanks guys. I'm heading down to a recommended battery place Thursday for the works... After doing some research it would seem piranha are a lot more $$$ so red arc it is!!

Using a factory batt tray and hold down bolts/clamp....factory second battery coupled with a Redarc SB112.
