factory steel bullbar hi lift points

just asking if the 2 square cut outs either side of the number plate on the factory steel bullbar is made for a hi lift point or just for air flow to the radiator.

do they have extra reinforcement plates on them? I wouldn't lift on just the 3mm that the bar is made of.

They are fine to lift off. I have done it plenty of times
