Fan shroud removal

Hi all. Does anyone know the trick to removing the fan shroud?
Im trying to get it off to get decent access to replace the altenator pulley.

bud jut pull the alternator off no need to remove fan shroud and u will need a hex bit or spline to remov eur alternator pulley

Thanks Boxy. Have started removing the altenator now but are struggling with the lower bolt. I have the hex key.
Sheesh, I will never make a mechanic
