fitted my d22 2" body lift this wkend

I went in to enquire about a body lift at a local shop yesterday and they told me that they could supply one but insurance will not pay claim if ever in an accident.
Apperently it's illegal to fit a body lift to an airbag fitted D22 in NSW.
There goes that idea.

Don't listen to some guy in a shop. Contact the DOT in NSW & check.
QLD rules are fairly tight & we can do bodylifts up here on airbag equiped vehicles

Got the steel bullbar on and modded for the lift. Looks pretty good I reckon.
Stripped a captive nut, had to drill out and retap and fit an m12x1.25x40 in place of the m10 set screw.

Now need to sort out the front bashplate the bolts to the bullbar.
be keen to see what anyone else may have done for this.

Will also have an alloy bar up for sale now too if anyone is interested.

sounds like my truck!

though i'm almost done with mods for a while now. all i've got left on my list is a water-air intercooler and bigger shoes.

then there's touring mods left, water tank, diesel tank, long range tank, shelves, drawers, air comperessor....

then it'll be done, and i'll be looking for a spot in 4WDaction....
