Just wondering, has anyone installed a 'NoLimits' diesel chip? A mate had one in his 2.8 Patrol a while back and he said it was great. They sell on ebay for about $140. for a whole range of trucks. There are some threads on the Patrol Forum but I was wondering about how it would go in a D40.
