I have a NP300 in mexico they are sold like the D22 also, The issue im having right now is that the truck runs rough, as i accelerate it shakes and knocks, i can also see some white/blue smoke. As i hot wire glow plugs directly to the battery the truck runs much better, its smoothens out! Can i wire a relay to leave them on as soon as i turn it off and shut it off when i dont use the truck?

No, don't do this! Glow plugs are only for cold starts. Clean the MAF sensor, check charge piping for leaks, replace suction control valve (SCV), check the vacuum line to the boost valve and boost sensor. Pull EGR valve off and clean it. It could be stuck open? Is the intake boot between the turbo and filter box soft? They can suck closed under acceleration or develop cracks and leak. It needs to be a closed system (No Leaks) between the MAF sensor all the way to the intake manifold.
