Greetings all. About 6 weeks ago, I helped my partner buy a second-hand D22 - a 2009 model tradie with low km and we use it to move stuff between our Sydney home (which I will be selling next year) and our new home on the far South Coast of NSW, about 6 hours driving.
Its a great little truck and very economical - more so than my 2003 Subaru Forester. Reasonably comfortable and good performance. I hadn't driven a manual for almost 30 years and it hasn't taken long to (mostly) get use to it.
I have just swapped out the woeful standard radio/CD and speakers for a Kenwood unit with bluetooth, USB and all the stuff you get as standard in the later models. Sounds heaps better.
I would just like to say thanks for the info that I have got from this forum.
Cheers to all and have a merry xmas.
