Hi I was hoping someone can help me I'm just wondering if there is a difference between 4wd and 2wd front Inner guard the part were the battary and fuse box sit

As far as I know the basic shell is the same. Just the 4wd versions have the flares on the outside of the guards. ..

What's happened to yours?

It has some rust in it and now has a hole were the bat sits and the weight of it is making it bigger so was thinks Ng that if I could get a inner guard could weld a new part in

Fair enough. The internals are all the same as far as I'm aware. It's just the outside panels that are different...

Thanks mate going to make my own plate up for it cut the rust out yesterday so just got to make it and weld the plate and a new bat tray in and will be all good again
